Nicotine Extraction Systems

There are two core sections of our nicotine extraction line: extraction and purification.

For extraction, three-stage continuous counter-current extraction technology is employed to get intermediate product from tobacco materials with a purity of 40%.

For purification, the intermediate product will be further processed through vacuum distillation purification technology to ultimately yield nicotine with a purity exceeding 99.95%.
